These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and NeoMatrix LLC, operating as Systemized Freedom ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website located at systemized-freedom.com and all associated content, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Systemized Freedom offers digital educational products and content delivered exclusively through our GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, with payment processing handled securely by Stripe. Our current product offerings include:

All products are digital in nature. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at our sole discretion.

Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor, via our GoHighLevel platform. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information.

Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
• We accept major credit and debit cards as supported by Stripe
• We do not store your full payment card details on our servers — all card data is handled and encrypted by Stripe
• Applicable sales tax may be collected depending on your location and as required by law

Failed or Disputed Transactions

If your payment is declined, you will not receive access to the purchased product until a successful payment is completed. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke access to any purchased products.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed. Any promotional pricing is subject to the specific terms of that promotion and is not guaranteed to be available in the future.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis with the goal of being fair to you.

Refund Eligibility

• Free products — No purchase, no refund applicable
• Paid digital products (under $57) — Refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase will be considered. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details
• Training courses and premium programs ($57 and above) — Refund requests submitted within 30 days of purchase will be reviewed. We may request feedback on your experience before processing

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Requests submitted outside the applicable refund window
• Purchases where substantial portions of a course or program have been consumed
• Refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith or as an abuse of our policy
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer's processing times. We reserve the right to revoke product access upon issuing a refund.

Digital Access & Delivery

All products are delivered digitally through our GoHighLevel platform. Upon successful payment, you will receive access instructions via the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase.

Access Terms

• Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the product for your own individual use
• You may not share your access credentials, distribute purchased content, or resell any product in whole or in part
• We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased product, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. We will work to resolve access issues promptly. Technical difficulties on your end (such as device incompatibility or poor internet connection) do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Product Availability

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or its content at any time. We may update course content, audio files, or digital guides to improve quality or accuracy. Material changes to a product's core content will be communicated to purchasers where reasonably practicable.

Intellectual Property

All content available through Systemized Freedom — including but not limited to text, audio files, PDF guides, video content, course materials, graphics, logos, brand assets, website design, and written copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of NeoMatrix LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

What You May Do

• Access and use purchased content for your own personal, non-commercial use
• Share publicly available free content with proper attribution to Systemized Freedom
• Reference our brand or products for editorial, review, or educational purposes

What You May Not Do

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or resell any paid product content without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our proprietary content
